Inherent in the act of giving back is an appreciation of one’s own success and good fortune. But the desire to give back is neither inherently amongst us nor easily navigated in today’s complex world.
OnDecker was created to bridge the gap between this appreciation and desire, in our mission to do good.
What started as a goodwill effort in 2016, to tie charity into events with elite athletes and entertainers, has become a formula for partnering with some
of the most influential individuals, organizations, and brands. As a result, OnDecker has had the privilege of working with over 35 partners, including Bam Adebayo, Jordan Brand, Hassan Whiteside, Solefly, and more to concept, strategize, and ultimately execute upon top down contributory strategy to deliver tangible impacts.
As a certified life coach and mentor, founder Victoria Shahbaz saw the possibility in giving back and not giving up. With an addiction to giving people experiences that transcend one individual moment, she envisioned OnDecker to be a place where the desire to make impact could be achieved confidently, creatively, and with empathy.
In advising our partners in their communication & connection to communities, OnDecker pulls from a deep bench of talent across a variety of industries and expertise but always, always with a shared passion to achieve a very simple mission: help good people, do good things for those who need it
the most, at scale.
